Hindus would have managed to reclaim the temple in 1809 if not for the colonial british intervention. https://t.co/AfMQPUrHTT pic.twitter.com/eWBSeZFNkP
British colonial intervention had always prevented Hindus from reclaiming our sacred Temple sites. Simply because all that the british cared about was to maintain stability of their raj in order to further their stranglehold over India & her resources.

Jehadis always knew in the event of reversing this status quo, the colonial brits would back them. No wonder they had the audacity to break the Temple of Kapala Bhairava & even attempted to break the makeshift Vishwanath Temple constructed by Ahilya Bhai Holkar.

By denying Hindus the opportunity to correct historical wrongs, the secular state is merely acting as an extended arm of the british colonial raj. Historical wrongs must be acknowledged & duly corrected. That is the hallmark of a civilized society.

Source of the 1st tweet : Kashi the city illustrious by Edwin Greavis. He was a british x'tian missionary who had NO great love for Hindus, yet he meticulously documents Benaras in his book.https://t.co/klItFE9teI
