1936 Deen Mohammad loses case and the Court declares Jyotirling status of Kashi Vishwanath Temple, he goes to High Court n in 1942, the judgement is confirmed again.
1983 UP Govt enacts Kashi Vishwanath Act and whole premises is given to Kashi Vishwanath Temple.
The Kashi Vishwanath Temple act is challenged in various courts, In 1997 SC confirms n Justice Ramaswami writes how The Mandir was demolished, gives the whole premises to the Temple.
2022 all courts inclding High Court refused to enforce The Places of Worship act 1992, pending confirmation of the status of the place.
Videography will prove existence of the Mandir n SC order of 1997 and Kashi Vishwanath Temple act (UP) 1983, will see the historic wrong corrected.

In 1669 CE, Emperor Aurangzeb destroyed the temple and built the Gyanvapi Mosque in its place. The remains of the erstwhile temple can be seen in the foundation, the columns and at the rear part of the mosque.
